Our entire soup range is made in Galway Ireland. SOOP Mugs packaging is also made in Ireland!

How can I stock SOOP Mugs?
We’re passionate about easy soup solutions for everyone and we collaborate retail stores, offices, cafes and hosts across the UK and Ireland. If you would like to discuss, please send us an email at hello@soopmug.com so we can assist you.
Where is my order confirmation?
This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at orders@soopmug.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Once dispatched your order will be delivered within 1-3 business days with standard shipping. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email and will be able to track the order to your door!
How do I cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, we are unfortunately unable to cancel it. If you are looking to update the address, please send us a note to orders@soopmug.com ASAP so we can try to do that for you. Please note if the order is already in the postal system, we are unable to adjust the address and it is your responsibility to collect the order from the provided shipping address.
What should I do if my order isn’t delivered?
You can keep an eye on your delivery by tracking your order in your order history. If it doesn’t arrive, you can contact us at orders@soopmug.com.
Can I freeze SOOP Mugs?
No, we do not recommend freezing any of our products. Our soups are made fresh, and freezing can affect their texture, taste, and overall quality. To enjoy them at their best, we suggest keeping them refrigerated and consuming them before the use-by date.
